Disappointing

Very disappointing no updates on my order or way to track my delivery so order cancelled due to lack of communication

We apologise for the less than satisfactory experience you had with your recent order. Unfortunately, your order was cancelled because our payment processor flagged the transaction as potentially fraudulent, and we were unable to verify the transaction details with you. Following this, you requested the cancellation of the order.

During the course of this order, we communicated multiple times — having four phone conversations and three email exchanges. We also informed you that due to your location, the delivery would take 3-4 business days, though I understand you would have preferred it sooner.
