Order Confirmation:
When you place an order with Ecoprobikes, here's what you can expect in terms of order confirmation and processing:
Pre-Authorization: Upon placing your order, we will pre-authorize your card, but no charges will be made at this stage. This pre-authorization is a temporary hold to verify the availability of funds.
Order Delivery:
Once your order is placed and verified as in-stock, the following steps will occur:
We will proceed to process the payment, and your order will be prepared for dispatch. In cases where there might be a delay, such as an item being on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and promptly inform you of the situation.
Payment Processing: We will charge your card, and your order will be prepared for shipment within 5 working days.
Tracking Information: You will receive an email containing tracking details within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you haven't received tracking information within 6 working days, please reach out to us via email at support@ecoprobikes.com, and we'll assist you promptly.
Damages:
We highly recommend that you thoroughly inspect all items upon delivery. If you notice any damage to your items during delivery, please follow these steps:
Refusing Delivery: Do not accept delivery of any damaged items.
Report Damages: To assist you further, please send clear photos of the damaged items to support@ecoprobikes.com. This will allow us to initiate an insurance claim on your behalf and work towards resolving the issue promptly.
