Bicycle Warranty

Our bicycles are carefully selected to ensure they meet our quality standards. This warranty policy outlines the coverage for bicycles sold by Ecoprobikes.

Warranty Period:

1. Battery: 12 months
2. Motor: 12 months
3. Controller: 12 months
4. Body frame: 12 months
5. Other accessories: 3 months

Exclusions:

Please note that this warranty does not cover the following:

1. Wearing Parts: This warranty does not cover wearing parts, including but not limited to brakes, tires, surface paint, trim strips, floor mats, and similar components. These are considered regular maintenance items and are subject to wear and tear during normal use.
2. Damage Caused by Human Factors: Ecoprobikes does not guarantee damage caused by human factors, misuse, improper maintenance, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or any other actions or circumstances beyond normal intended use.

Scooter Warranty

Our scooters are sourced from trusted manufacturers to provide you with convenience and reliability. This warranty policy outlines the coverage for scooters sold by Ecoprobikes.

Warranty Period:

1. Battery: 6 months
2. Motor: 6 months
3. Controller: 6 months
4. Body frame: 12 months

Exclusions:

Please be aware that this warranty does not cover the following:
